Undercover Boss: A Lesson in Appreciation
Last month our business manager, Paul Jew, went undercover as a fast-food restaurant employee trying to transition into the photography business. He went through various departments getting trained on different aspects of the business, from posing clients to the retouching process.
Even though this video was meant to be fun, and somewhat informative about the process that each photo goes through, it ended up being more than that. What started out as a fun project ended up being a lesson in appreciation.

Lessons Learned Undercover
Sometimes, big lessons can be learned in small ways. You can learn to appreciate the beauty in everyday life by seeing a child smile. Other times, the lessons can be hidden in everyday life.
Watching the video, it’s easy to see how much appreciation can do for someone. Something as small as saying, “thank you” can change someone’s mood. The end of the video was meant to be a humorous take on the show “Undercover Boss”, but even much smaller gestures have had a positive impact on others. Showing appreciation for a job well done, or for a kind word, never fails to make a positive impression.
From all of us at Kim Jew Photography, thank you for your continued support and business. We’re not sure that we can tell you how much it means to us.
